Subject: garden book research

I am a writer looking for abandoned historic gardens to be included in a 
photography art book entitled "Garden Ghosts." Ideally, the gardens will have 
interesting features (remnants of statues, fencing, fountains, greenhouses, 
or other structures), original plantings, and a rich history. Often these 
gardens hug the ruins of estate homes; others are forgotten public spaces.
